TERMS OF SERVICES

PAYMENT

  • The payment will be paid half/upfront through an invoice, and the rest will be paid upon the approval of the base color.

  • All prices are in Euro.

  • All prices listed are for personal use only.

  • Rush Fee is 40% of the base price

  • Commercial use +100% of the base price.

  • Transfer of rights 300% of the base price.

  • Payments are made through Paypal or Wise only.

CANCEL / REFUND POLICY

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  • You have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstance after product is received.

  • If money has not been sent the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

  • If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and i have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers.

  • ✧ You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.

  • ✧ Your name will be posted everywhere i want for others to watch out for.

  • ✧ I also have every right to file a complaint and i have all right to the money you have given me as long as I did my part.

HOW TO ORDER

  • By commissioning me, you have to read and accepted my TOS.

  • DM (Any platform or Email- [email protected])

  • I will send the initial sketch. I will accept major revision(s) at this stage

  • After the initial sketch has been confirmed, I will begin finalizing the commission piece

  • Finalized pieces will be sent through e-mail.

REVISIONS

  • Only one major revision can be made during the sketch phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterward.

  • Any more changes exceeding the limit stated above will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

  • Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.

  • After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

PROCESS

  • Please provide at least 1 reference. (OC designs, collages, text form, and photos are acceptable)

  • If you have no Refferences, the Art might have an increased Price

  • Your commission will be posted publicly, (e.g. WIPs on Twitter or Instagram), if you want it to be private, let me know first.

  • Completion time may vary – if there is a deadline let me know.

  • Rush Commissions will cost extra

  • Eta: 4 - 8 weeks, starting from when the payment has been done by the commissioner.

DESTRIBUTION

  • Using my art as NFTs is strictly prohibited

  • Do not use the commission for commercial use unless agreed otherwise.

  • Taking credit for the creation of the art is strictly prohibited.
